I woke up on the coldest day of the year to a 60 degree house. Cold air was coming out of the vents. I called Chris and he promptly returned my call for service. Unfortunately, our neighborhood lost power for over 2 hours. As soon as the electric came back on I phoned Chris and he came out. He immediately went to work. He found the problem and was able to start the furnace up but it did need a replacement part. He ordered and picked it up and came back and replaced it. He made some adjustments to venting of house. The furnace has been working more efficient with heating the house than before. Chris was very efficient and very courteous explaining exactly what happened and what he was doing to repair it. They also have an inexpensive maintenance program that I signed up for for future visits. I would highly recommend Royal American for your heating and cooling needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It was wonderful dealing with a company that I could trust and will use them for all of my future heating and cooling needs. My neighbor, who recommended Royal American, also had his furnace and air conditioning replaced and experienced the same excellent workmanship from them. Thank you.

Royal American sent a service tech out on the same day I called, Jim the technician checked out the furnace thoroughly and diagnosed the problem. A new air duct was added to the furnace a few days later. I am very happy with this company.

Everyone was great. The rep listened to what I wanted to do. No pushy sales tactics, just a good explanation of what the different options would do for my home, and now that they are installed they work as advertised. Installers were polite, clean, and got the old units out and new units in without a single scratch to the walls. My install was completed two days after my AC failed, and it would have been less buy the furnace was not yet in stock. Royal American treated me and my family like a priority. I have a 1 year old who’s room was reading as high as 92 degrees so I needed help fast, and I got it. I have already recommended them to a close friend of mine.
