HVAC Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

HVAC office administrator and bookkeeper that is organized, self-motivated, technologically savvy, and has good customer service skills.

Main Job Duties

Dispatching, scheduling, maintaining maintenance customers, payroll, keeping the office organized, and assisting owners and the service manager with everyday operations. In addition, you will be responsible for data entry in QuickBooks, accounts payable, and receivable.

Requirements

QuickBooks experience is a must.
